1818, code 3 disturbance, 3711 South Boulevard in front of the apartment complex, Nivea Square. There's someone screaming and arguing. Seems very angry. Caller said her kids were running behind her. The person who was screaming, her children were running behind her. Black female, 23, 5'3", 120, blue scarf, blue shirt, black tights.
