Newton 18, a battery just occurred, 1600 North Lakeshore at North Avenue Beach. Homeless male assaulted a lifeguard and attempted, they attempted to mace him, but he maced the lifeguard by mistake. The offender was a male, white, no shirt, with navy blue shorts.
