Radio broadcasting for info of a possible DQ driver, took off from the area of 1556 East Sierra Avenue, about 1700 hours. He is going to be a high-functioning special needs male. He took off in a gray-blue 2018 Honda CR-V, unknown plate. RP does not want to report him missing. He is possibly driving under the influence.
