11-22. Getting a person with a knife, 948 North Spaulding, 948 North Spaulding. Said a male, black, blue shirt, supposed to have a knife. Said he's under the viaduct next to the Salvation Army. Said he was trying to attack a female, and the female was running, but he didn't have a direction.
