At the community PAW, 850 Market Street, 850 Market, off East 8th and East Martin Luther King Boulevard. At the bus stop directly in front of the community PAW, a party tried to hit someone, threatened, they're threatening people walking by, chased someone up a block. It's going to be a black male wearing a white shirt, black pants, and a red and white hat, currently outside walking back and forth.
