Attention Southside units, broadcast for a 23-110, occurring northbound 99 at 12. Three pedestrians, unknown race or age, parties are throwing rocks at vehicles from the overpass. Three minutes ago, and we do have a 1039 to second. Nothing further, second is clear, 1709.
