Engine 2 responding at Brookdale, assisted living at 400 University Park Drive, room 169E for an altered mental. Patient is an 87-year-old, correction, 87-year-old male. Caller reports the patient fell this morning but declined transport. Says the patient is now acting strange and cannot get the patient to settle down, but the patient is not aggressive. Cross street is University Park Place.
