It pulls over on the gravel lot by Los Primos break. The driver and the passenger get out, and they stand by the car for a few seconds, and then they get back in, and then they actually turn west on Sullivan from Clarendon. The cameras aren't great in the Cruiser, so I can't really make out a tag, but if Crime Center can check.
