Edward 22. William 240. Edward 22. 240. The assistive service states that at Steak N' Shake, 7929 East Division, checking for a tan, older model car with a bunch of junk in the backseat. RP advised it's been here for three days. There's a storage room door to the Steak N' Shake that is open. Not sure if someone's in the car or inside the business. RP is not sure.
