341 Delta, copy. 344 Bravo to back. 341 Delta. 44 Bravo. Coming in as a call for an officer at St. Vincent de Paul, 401 15th Street North, 401 15th Street North. Was an open line where a call taker could hear a female asking for paramedics to respond. North County does have units 51 as well for a 30-year-old male that's on the ground, possibly overdosing. Advise if you get anything further at 1911.
