1010 South Main Street, 1010 South Main Street at Chelsea State Bank. Caller reports he was in the parking lot and a gray Ford Focus, occupied two times by what appears to be two 16-year-old males, drove by and sprayed unknown liquid on him. He's currently going to the Valiant Grill, if you want to meet him there.
