Units just code 14, getting a report of a reckless driver in the area of Central Avenue and 8th Street, Central and 8th. It's going to be a black Toyota Corolla, Florida tag, X-ray Mike Yankee 263, comes back to nothing. Vehicle was last seen northbound approximately four minutes ago and was caused an accident with our complainant. It was running a red light and speeding. At one point, we're getting aggressive and honking at our complainant. Driver was a white male in his 20s wearing a white shirt. Our complainant is Justine, can be called if necessary. Nothing further. 1753.
