2651 Reynolda Road, traveling at 30-plus miles an hour. So he's in a vehicle. Being involved in a disturbance with a homeless female that was armed with a knife. The suspect is a black female, beige shirt and blue jeans. Caller advised she damaged her screen door. Now walking north on Dunleaves Avenue. Code 2.
