Unit 3 David 10, it's code 4. 3 David 41 and 3 Charlie 16, en route to a priority 2 check welfare, David 40, 9200 Block, Bluff Springs Road. Caller's advising there's a male on the road who's passed out. Traffic's going around them. Subject will be in a light-colored carry-all. No other passengers. Believed he was in line for the light, pointed towards the slot.
