1. Can you let CSD know, 91 North, right before Exit 8, I have a broken down vehicle completely blocking the left lane of traffic. It's going to be a CC marker, Bravo Kilo 74428. I'm going to have to stand by until they get here, or at least try and get this car moved over into the breakdown lane.
