Caller relates a suspect, a White male, late 30s, black hair, wearing a green t-shirt, shorts, black shoes, is intoxicated, trespassing in the neighbor's yard. No weapons or drugs seen. Has a beer in his hand. Concerned, says their child's about to get off the bus. Baker 53.
