1624, well that's clear. It's going to be for a theft in progress. 16244 Southwest of Goral at the Walgreens. Going to be for an individual stealing merchandise. St. Joe, Hispanic male, mid-30s, red cap, green shirt, blue jeans, shorts. Apparently the individual was still in the store, but the caller is not sure where. He stepped foot and stated that the suspect left the store, had three bags with him, and was headed towards the beltway.
