28 and 427, traffic accident, Reistertown Road, getting on it. 1636 Reistertown Road, 1636 Reistertown Road, near Naylor's Lane and Old Court Road, near the living room. Call called in, said female suspect hit caller's vehicle, screaming and blaming the caller. Caller suspects that it's an insurance scam. Black Toyota sedan and a white Honda Accord sedan. Both vehicles are in the right lane, blocking traffic.
