Northside units, point of information, reckless driving. Northbound on 81, approaching Route 31 in the town of Cicero. A gray vehicle swerving, possibly having a medical issue. It's a male driver, almost sideswiped a couple vehicles. Gave New York registration, Michael Adam Zebra 1091, M-A-Z 1091. Comes back on a 2012 Dodge Caliber, color gray, from Lacona.
