70 Charlie at Stop and Shop, 410 Reedville Drive, crossings of Interstate Lane and Scott Road. Anonymous caller was reporting somebody who was passed out in a vehicle and then drove away. They didn't want any EMS. If you just check the area, it's a white male, tan hoodie, black bag, and a red scooter. The caller did not mistake with the officers. 1604.
