Ambulance 251, AMR 107, going to Southwest Lomita Avenue and Southwest 90th Avenue, on Lomita. A male is face down, convulsing on the sidewalk. Caller's seeing this from her vehicle. We do have an officer en route as well. Sounds like he has some blood on his face. No further.
