Bravo 214 for an animal complaint at First Business Bank, 18500 West Corporate Drive. Caller reports that there are two dogs left in the car for two hours. They appear to be in distress. They're on the east side of the lot in a dark blue Toyota Highlander. The windows are not open. Caller's standing by in the lot, watching for responders.
