@grovestreetflame i watched it happen first hand and the white vehicle disnt yield to traffic due to being drunk. So not the roads fault but whitelock has a lot of accidents on it.
Whitelock is a death trap. I have been saying for months now. Elk Grove needs to really look at this road.
