Disturbance. 1816 Prospect. Caller said a male threatened to shoot them. Caller has not seen a weapon. The male is a male in his 40s, wearing a white tank top, white shorts. He was hit by a blue Chevy 1500 Silverado. Our caller does have video. Doesn't say if the male's left yet or not. 1816 Prospect.
