Caller's a neighbor, said he just witnessed three black males break into a vehicle. They are currently walking westbound on 18th from Sherman. One has red shorts with white shoes on. Didn't see any weapons on them. Thinks they may live around here. He did witness them break into the car. The car belongs to possibly 14th, 15th, 17th, and then possibly another one at 601 South Farragut, 609.
