Clear. I'll have you start towards the area 39th and O as in ocean. Anonymous caller, actually texter, states there's around four males all wearing hoodies walking northbound towards L Street, firing off four to five gunshots, yelling unknown if anyone is injured, and parties on the bridge over the train tracks, walking back and forth. 1 Baker 65.
