Waffle House at 103 Crossing Way. Caller advises a red vehicle that's currently in the parking lot, but when it came in, it went the wrong way around the traffic circle and is now crooked by the doors. Believes the white female driver is intoxicated. He did leave the area, so he's not sure if she's still in the vehicle or inside the store now.
