In 9173, there was a new caller, 3943 Van Dyke, who reported there were approximately 20 juveniles involved. They were on his property attempting to steal items before fleeing southbound. In that pickup truck, the license plate provided, Papa, Sotra, Lima, 746 didn't come back on file.
