Units, regarding this A priority 222, units are responding unofficially, occurred at Ocean and Keystone, but the subject is on the K line, LRB, unknown coach number, towards Balboa. 915 WMA or LMA, dark hair, light-complected, smelly, was wearing a white t-shirt, RP's unsure. He pulled out an X-ACTO knife and started yelling at people waving it around. So far, Muni's not calling this in. We're trying to call Muni in and clarify.
