Bravo 311, Bravo 315 at Fleming Steakhouse, 15665 West Bluemount Road. Correction, looks like it's going to be in the street in front of it on Bluemount. The subject is walking westbound now. He's yelling in the road. Male, Black, wearing a white hoodie, long pants with a backpack, approximately 20 to 30 years old. Appears to be having an argument with no one, yelling things like, get off me, or words about potentially kill. Again, last seen headed westbound, no weapons seen.
