Richmond Fire to Engine 67. Respond for a medical, 260 23rd Street. For a 27-year-old male, he stated abdominal pain from using meth, marijuana, and tobacco. Be advised that he's also stating that he's swallowed pieces of glass over the last few days in self-harm. He is cooperative and not being violent.
