CSI towards the Town Bar, 121 East Cortland. Appearing for a weapons complaint. A Black male, unknown clothing, sitting in a tan or gray sedan. Frank Adam Queen, 4736. Has a hunter's knife. That he is sitting, was originally outside, playing with it with his hands. Appeared to be intoxicated. When the complainant walked up to him, he asked them what the problem was. Being called in by the bartender.
