Charles 24. 9 Charlie 24. I have a call for a larceny at 1261 West Pratt Street. Laundry store is the location. Caller said she was robbed. The suspect said he will return her phone for $25. Update, the caller was en route. The suspect grabbed the phone when she laid it down in the truck.
