13. We just got a report in of four suspicious parties out at 507 Anderson Street. It's two Black females wearing tank tops and shorts with two Black males, one wearing a white t-shirt and shorts, other one wearing a tank top and has a backpack. They've been there for about 15 minutes, looking into the calling party and neighbor's vehicle. Calling party hasn't seen them before.
