45th and DeCoursey. 45th and DeCoursey for an accident, hit-skip there. Complainant's going to be in a white Cadillac CTS-4. Hit-vehicle was a black Kia passenger car. Last seen southbound, DeCoursey. They hollered out, I got something for you and left. Clear headquarters.
