I'm going to start you towards a disturbance disorderly, 1245 North Military Highway at Target. Loss Prevention's calling in, states they've asked a male to leave several times and he's refusing to. He's going to be standing by the checkout area. It's a Black male, mid-30s, white tank top and navy blue pants, black and white sneakers.
