Radio to 9042. 9042. Can I please get your help on 3 precinct for this 26 we just got in? It's at UDF, 327 East Hudson Street. There's a male choking the female clerk in rear of the building. Sounds like they have a 29 together. Suspect is male, black, white t-shirt, black sweatpants, no weapons seen. Vic is female, black braids, UDF uniform. Chopper to 4, chopper to 4.
