North Burt 3, Edward 15, 1065, signal 22. Go ahead. 1051 to 1071 Ohana Way, 1071 Ohana Way, apartment 103, cross of Panacea Boulevard. Caller's advising there's a subject blocking the handicapped parking spot and the subject's dog almost bit the complainant's children. Unknown tag, should be a black truck with a trailer that is white in color that says Hodges Lawn Care Services. All parties are currently separated. The dog is in the truck and the window's down.
