Portage 5, open to keep the peace, 207 West Cook Street, unit 424. RP states she was out of the apartment on a vacation for two weeks. When she returned, the apartment was locked and the lock was changed. Management's stating it's not her apartment anymore and won't let her in to gather her belongings. I did advise this would likely be a civil issue, but I would send law enforcement to see if she could obtain some of her belongings this evening. 10-4.
