We got a code 2 vagrant at 5710 Huss Avenue. That's 5710 Huss at the vacant city lot. Caller states people are driving vehicles through the city lot to access homeless groups that are living in the rear yard of the lot. Said it's the first house on the south side of Huss and East 59th. Address is possibly 5802 Huss. It's a small gray house.
