Units on the point, in the area of 713 Otisco Street, between Ontario Street and Belmont Street. No one to meet with, caller's reporting a Black female wearing a purple and black jacket and black leggings and a Black male wearing a black tank top and black pants, performing sexual acts on the street. No weapons, they seem to be intoxicated on drugs. They have since moved on after the caller yelled at them, last seen heading toward Kedis Street. End of point, 1949.
