Go ahead. It's going to be 1501 Old Monrovia, Grand Valley Apartments. Caller is in an apartment, 14211. Advising of an Adriana, making 10-75 threats. Starting to throw items and shout. Possibly having a mental episode, being aggressive. She's a Black female, 19 years of age, with brown eyes, dreads, wearing a black shirt and sunglasses.
