Beaver and Hickman, last seen westbound is a red Toyota Corolla, Nora Yankee Frank 023, occupied by a female driver. She's been up over a couple of curbs and was driving in the middle of two lanes. Sounds like she was last seen at Merle Hay and Hickman.
