I have a 999 collision. It's the husband of an involved calling in from 94th Avenue and 152nd Street. I'm not sure if they're actually still in the area. They were able to exchange information and they actually did file online. The RP just thinks it's suspicious that the other half didn't want to call law enforcement initially.
