11-19.10-4, it's a disturbance with weapons. 400 East 27th, 400 East 27th Street, cross streets of North Bannon and Ivy Avenue. Caller advised Gavin, he's a Black male, causing a disturbance. He grabbed knives, and the subject is currently on the porch. Unable to advise if he still have any weapons on him. Code 1.
