Need somebody to contact the crew. QSL, there's a rescue with you? No, there's not many officers here, but he advised there was a city rescue vehicle that kicked the other party and went northbound. So, the other party is not in the fight. QSL, I'll make 1125. 1125, rescue with you?

8131B, 30 to 40 years of age, uh, victim, 30 to 40 years of age, uh, right foot is going to be blocking, rescue going to be transport. Uh, 10-4, we got the BOLO, after a vehicle went southbound on 17th Avenue towards 16th, the victim was in the, uh, electric scooter. 10-4, BOLO for 18, it's a Black vehicle, last seen going southbound on 17th and 62.
