Traffic is still going through clearly. I have you going to 728, 728 Garland Street at Vogue Flowers off of Martin Luther King at Avenue. The bus driver saw a brown hair, black shirt, blue jeans, lying against one of the abandoned houses on 5th between Garland and MLK. Mouth was hanging open. Appears to be passed out. Caller did not try to make contact with her. Copy that.
