East End units, point of information regarding a reckless driver, southbound 481, getting off East Genesee Street near Wegmans. Caller's reporting a white Honda CR-V, unknown reg, driving recklessly, trying to pass people on the left hand and on the shoulder. They just got off the exit and are in the turn lane to turn towards Wegmans. Hope they're doing a U-turn in the middle of the road. It's a New York reg, Michael Edward Lincoln 1502, MEL 1502.
