Mission walking units en route, 155 North Cedar Street for possible water rescue. Caller states her husband was scuba diving and his flag isn't moving for 15 minutes, hasn't seen bubbles and hasn't heard from him. Possible update's incoming that he might be moving. She does see some bubbles now.
