If you head for a welfare check, it'll be the 10 mile inch, the Dollar Tree, 16551 10 Mile. Calls for a male in a wheelchair, appears to have a leg amputation, he's stuck in the end of the store off the drive. He said he appears to be nodding with his head down, requesting welfare check and multiple calls on it.
